Terms of Service

Process

After I received your request and payment I will create a sketch that I will send to you.You may request any changes and alterations to the sketch.Next I will finish the image as I see fit. Please keep in mind that depending on the level of detail of the commission I take anything from a week to a month.You may request updates, but make sure you don't spam me.When the image is finished I will send it to you for a final review.Once you're happy with the piece, I will send you the high resolution file.

Revisions

During the sketch phase you can request major changes, like poses or background details, expressions etc.After you approved the sketch and I delivered the final product, only minor revisions, such as adding small details or changing colors are fine.

Deadlines and delivery

You may request the art to be done by a deadline but I do not offer next day delivery.

Pricing

All my commissions start with a base price. Please be aware that the final price might change, depending on individual factors, such as deadlines, complexity of characters, animation and other factors.I try to stay as close to the estimated price as possible, but the price list is not what you see is what you get.

Payment

As of right now, PayPal is the only payment processor I have available for international clients.Clients from Germany may request an Invoice for a bank transfer as well.

Commercial License

If you wish to sell merchandise with my art on it you can buy a commercial license.
The exact price of that license depends on several factors such as:- what type of product you want to sell
- quantity of product
- how many sales you expectLicenses start at 200€ but this is subject to discussion.! Book cover commissions are an exception, as I have not yet done a cover for a published book and am new to the subject, but if you are an author looking for an artist I am very open to discussions on how payment and licensing would work!

Use

You may:- upload the artwork to your social media channel or on streaming websites, as long as you credit me.
- print or create merchandise (posters, standees, etc.) exclusively for personal use.You may NOT:- use the artwork to create merchandise for redistribution, unless you purchased a license.
- feed my artwork into AI engines.
- claim the artwork as your own.Failure to comply with these rules will result in a ban for future commissions.

Intellectual property rights

I own all copyrights to the artwork. I can use the images on my own social medias and my own promotional material.You may request that I do not publish the artwork if you have a reason (it's a surprise for someone or artwork for a project that is not published yet, etc.)If you commissioned artwork of a fandom canon character, I may elect to use the image in later merchandise. (Fandom OCs are of course the exception. Those are yours.)

Refunds

You may cancel the commission before I started and get a full refund.However, as soon as I send you the sketch, only a partial refund of 50% can be granted if you wish to cancel the commission. (This does NOT apply to sketch commission, since the sketch is the finished artwork.)No refunds on finished artwork.

Communication

I am always open for communication and am happy to give updates if asked! Please just don't ask me daily.If I should not answer in direct messages on the platform PLEASE send an e-mail to [email protected] are I did not get a notification.I am never purposely ignoring you.
